Job Overview
Customer Service Representative working in a call center environment based in Phoenix, AZ. Contract‑to‑hire, entry level. Handle inbound calls and some follow‑up calls, answering inquiries on prior authorization, general customer questions, and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and follow‑up calls.
Answer questions regarding prior authorization, general customer inquiries, and confidential information.
Provide high‑quality customer service with attention to detail, accurately entering information into multiple systems.
Monitored for quality and accuracy; daily call volume 50–100 calls depending on complexity.
Use various systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience.
Experience with customer service, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $21.00–$21.00/hr. Benefits (subject to eligibility): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, HSA, transportation, employee assistance program, PTO, and other standard benefits.
