Location: Wilmington, Delaware Job type: Contract Salary: $15 – $23 per hour Work hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Education required: Bachelor's degree Responsibilities
Fulfill orders for internal and external customers Research and analyze legal documents Submit legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations Retrieve legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations Research entity status Resolve or escalating issues Follow requests through to completion Communicate progress to customers and internal teams Navigate quickly between multiple processing systems and databases accurately Work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Carry out overtime and minimal travel (≈5%) as required Contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success Participate in process improvement programs, best practices, and occasional special projects Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts (e.g., Business, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline) or, if no degree, 4 years of customer service experience. Minimum 4 years customer service experience, including: Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately Utilizing keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy Employing excellent verbal and written communication skills Working independently while being an integral part of a team Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe; ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively Excellent analytical, organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills Benefits
