Job Summary
Responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing necessary tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Perform the proper installation of tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing. Dispose of tires correctly and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy. Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products. Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and utilize available special‑order tire programs. Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards and use tire bay equipment properly. Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires, verifying correct vehicle sizes. Fill propane tanks when certified per DOT requirements. Complete all tire bay scheduling data and documentation for sales and service orders. Follow all club policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned, including work in other departments. Ensure regular, full attendance. Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license; ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills or willingness to learn. Prior tire installation experience preferred. Ability to pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire. Capable of lifting over 30 pounds with assistance. Benefits

Primarily standing on hard surfaces, frequently bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools. Frequently lifts objects up to 30 pounds; may lift heavier objects with assistance. Operates in an environment with moving vehicles, machinery, loud equipment; may require shouting to communicate. Potential exposure to company‑approved chemicals, cleaning agents, and strong odors. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50.
