Cash Applications Specialist

Ambassador Personnel is partnering with a well-established company in Alpharetta, GA to hire a Cash Applications Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity. This role supports Accounts Receivable processes including cash application, invoicing, and payment reconciliation in a corporate office environment.
What You’ll Do
Apply customer payments, deposits, and credit card transactions
Review and process invoices for accuracy
Research and resolve short pays, disputes, and billing discrepancies
Support AR activities including aging reports, credit holds, and pay applications
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Finance teams
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, SyteLine, Infor, etc. preferred)
