Position
Leasing Agent at Villas of Vista Del Norte
Location 13000 Vista Del Norte, San Antonio, TX 78216
Company MS manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties.
Compensation Hourly pay rate: $16 – $18 + leasing bonus. Full-time schedule: 40 hours, includes weekend days and holidays. Payroll every 2 weeks with direct deposit.
Benefits Medical PPO Health Plan (employer pays about 85% of the employee premium, 68% of the spouse and 82% for children), Dental Plan, 401(k) Plan, Life insurance.
Responsibilities
High school diploma or GED; English writing skills.
Higher education a plus.
Comfortable handling phone inquiries that demonstrate property knowledge.
Managing calendar of appointments.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good communication skills.
Bilingual (any language) a plus.
Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.
Qualifications Confident sales skills and personality to yield high productivity. Transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience at other management companies acceptable.
Career Path High performing Leasing Agents may advance to Data Entry, Assistant Manager and Apartment Manager positions with increased responsibilities and wages.
