Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Banker located in Winter Park, FL. The Personal Banker will provide financial guidance and support to clients by identifying their needs and offering personalized banking solutions. Daily responsibilities include assisting with opening new accounts, managing deposits, advising on financial products and services, and delivering outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Personal Banker will also collaborate with the team to meet branch goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Banking services, including opening new accounts and managing deposits
Strong understanding of Finance and financial products
Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented professional environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus
