Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team leaders
Assist with organizing meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-ups
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Handle correspondence, including emails and internal communications
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or Associate degree preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
