The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing resident relations, conducting leasing activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include assisting prospective residents, processing applications and lease agreements, addressing resident inquiries, and maintaining accurate lease records. The role involves ensuring the property's leasing goals are met while fostering a positive resident experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service to ensure a positive resident experience Experience in managing Leases and Lease Administration processes Excellent Communication skills for interaction with residents, prospective tenants, and team members Detail-oriented with the ability to manage documentation and adhere to property policies Proficiency with property management software or related systems Experience in multi-family housing or property management is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate or related fields is preferred
