What You’ll Do
Lead and support proposal development for federal, state, and local opportunities
Turn technical and operational input into clear, compelling, and compliant proposals
Ensure alignment with RFP/RFQ requirements and evaluation criteria
Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams
Help strengthen our proposal processes, content library, and win strategy
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of federal proposal writing experience
Strong understanding of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation)
Strong writing and storytelling ability with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a part-time role
Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States
