Upsell products and educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
Perform repairs on cell phones, tablets, touch-screen devices; test, install and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, and more.
Provide excellent customer service to help customers find solutions to battery, lighting, and cell phone issues, earning a sense of accomplishment and contributing to company success.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
Ability to work under time constraints in a fast‑paced environment
Work Schedule Mon‑Sat: 8 am–7 pm, Sun: 9 am–6 pm. Flexible schedule required.
