Social Media Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-growing beauty retail business. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, influencer outreach, and event promotion, with a strong emphasis on K-beauty skincare, cosmetics, hair&body care, hair, and wigs. The ideal candidate understands beauty culture, trends, and how to turn daily store activity into engaging digital content.
Responsibilties
Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and related platforms Create engaging videos, graphics, photos, and captions aligned with brand voice Support promotion of store events, brand activations, and product launches Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and relationship management Keep monitoring engagement, trends, and competitor activities Support design works such as monthly flyers, promotional graphics, and event content if needed Collaborate with internal teams on in-store and e-commerce promotions\ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred. Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. Strong interest and understanding of K-beauty skincare, hair products, wigs, and multicultural beauty trends. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Suite, and video editing tools such as CapCut. Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Understanding of branding, influencer marketing, and basic public relations principles. Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable improvements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment. Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across departments.
