Marketing Events Coordinator
for the Mechanicsburg, PA market and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory Negotiate contracts with event vendors Plan and maintain a yearly calendar of events and shows Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators Schedule staff for events and ensure proper coverage Coordinate booth setup and teardown Generate leads by setting appointments for free in-home consultations Collect contest entries at events Follow up with leads to schedule consultations Track, measure, and report event performance and results Qualifications
Strong communication skills Positive, outgoing personality Excellent planning and organizational abilities Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Availability to work weekends Compensation & Benefits
