Position
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is hiring an Events Specialist. The specialist plays a vital role in advancing our mission by leading the planning and execution of events that support donor cultivation, stewardship, and community awareness. This position is responsible for coordinating all fundraising, community engagement, and donor cultivation events for the ministries of Catholic Charities of St. Louis. The specialist ensures events are executed with excellence and aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities of St. Louis while effectively engaging donors and supporters.
Responsibilities The core working hours are Monday through Friday during standard business hours at the administrative office.
Qualifications We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations and/or at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing and communications setting. An in-depth understanding of philanthropy, outreach, event management, and communications principles is required. Compensation for this position begins at $52,000 per year.
