Customer Service Representative – Remote (Bilingual: English / Spanish)
Concentrix is hiring a remote customer service representative who will interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet. The role focuses on providing support, troubleshooting routine issues, and promoting additional products or services. Applicants should be fluent in both Spanish and English and legally authorized to work in the United States.
What You’ll Do
Provide inbound customer support using a call‑flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
Offer additional products and/or services.
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
Your Qualifications
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both Spanish and English.
At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
Open availability and work from a quiet, distraction‑free environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and computer navigation.
Eagerness to learn new technologies.
Desktop or laptop capable of meeting PC and internet testing requirements.
High‑speed, wired internet (no wireless hubs or satellite) and a smartphone.
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address.
