This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys direct interaction with customers, has strong communication skills, and is interested in developing experience in customer service and sales.

You’ll represent products and services at local events, retail locations, and promotional setups throughout the city, helping customers, answering questions, and completing sales transactions professionally and engagingly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

Engage with customers face-to-face at retail stores, kiosks, and promotional events across Los Angeles. Answer product-related questions, provide demonstrations, and handle sales transactions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Product Representation:

Confidently promote products and services, ensuring every interaction is clear, informative, and customer-focused.

Event Setup & Display:

Assist with setting up branded displays, signage, and promotional materials to support customer engagement.

Sales Performance:

Work toward daily and weekly sales targets, with uncapped commission and performance-based incentives.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to maintain a professional and supportive team environment.

Sales & Marketing Exposure:

Gain practical insight into sales & marketing strategies used in face-to-face customer acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience required; full training is provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage confidently in face-to-face customer interactions

Interest in developing skills in customer service and sales

Professional attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach

Willingness to travel locally to different retail and event locations
