Your role

Guide & lead Customer(s) through a sales process that is initiated through the internet, in-person, or phone with support from our Sales Management

Understand and implement the Dealership’s CRM Software

Present and demonstrate inventory both in-person and virtually through video

Offer payment and lease options for selected vehicles

Create and execute strategies for increasing market share

Review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership

Maintain Customer Service Index, and monthly units to dealership standards

Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification

Requirements

Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal but not required

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
