Objectives of this role: Play a role throughout the marketing cycle in positioning, messaging, and storytelling Contribute to marketing campaigns that further the goals of Lasell Dining Monitor trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels of Lasell students Apply marketing concepts to solve organizational challenges Provide support for in-person events Contribute fresh ideas that can enhance the brand's standing on campus Responsibilities: Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives Create engaging social media content for Lasell Dining Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing Assist management with the preparation of social media campaigns Create eye-catching marketing material to be displayed around Lasell University Skills and qualifications: Must be a Lasell University student (Junior/Senior) with an interest in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong communication and presentation skills Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and hardworking Knowledge of programs including: Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, or Illustrator Preferred qualifications: Proactive desire to go above and beyond role requirements Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends Proven aptitude in seeking creative solutions Ability to influence, inspire, and lead from any role This is a paid intern position; however, it is not eligible for paid time off (PTO) or benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
