Business Development Consultant
Leith Toyota is currently seeking highly motivated, customer-focused business development consultants to join our family in the stores listed below! This in-store role is crucial in creating and maintaining a productive relationship between our virtual BDC and the store to increase sales. What will you do? Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance Facilitating effective TO distribution to sales advisors Following up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed Reviewing internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly Keeping daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow-up and reporting process Being fully prepared for daily appointments Confirming appointments prior to arrival time Rescheduling "no show" appointments when necessary Understanding the importance and benefits to the retail business Identifying opportunities to build trust and mutual respect What are we looking for? High school diploma Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience Experience in the automotive industry a plus Experience using CRM tools, automotive CRM a plus Familiarity with dealership operations a plus Familiarity with BDC functions a plus Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiencies Compensation: $26.44/hr + monthly bonus opportunities At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
