Leadership Role In Defense & Security Consulting
This leadership role within Guidehouse's Defense & Security Segment is responsible for overseeing client delivery, expanding client relationships, and driving business development efforts across the Department of the Army. The position will focus on growth opportunities within organizations such as the Capability Program Executive (CPE) Enterprise Software and Services (ES2), the Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Command and Control and CounterCommand and Control, Army Materiel Command, and other key Army stakeholders. The Director will work closely with Guidehouse leaders across the Defense & Security Sector and with technology-enabled practitioners to identify and pursue new opportunities, ensure high-quality delivery, and support the development and mentorship of practitioners within the Defense and Intelligence practice. What You Will Need
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's degree FOURTEEN (14) or more years' experience leading diverse teams in a federal consulting environment, with at least FIVE (5) years within the Army. Expert in driving business development activities and leading all aspects of winning federal proposals, with proven ability to generate new wins and revenue Expert program/project management skills with demonstrated experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams across a range of projects Well-rounded leadership skills to provide strategic, analytical, and operational direction to teams Strong communication and program management skills, and the ability to operate proactively and independently within dynamic and unstructured environments What Would Be Nice To Have
