Identify potential healthcare candidates through our advanced platform as well as your personal network Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations Follow up with your contacts to sustain enthusiasm and assist them during the hiring process Keep meticulous and current logs in our applicant tracking system Receive commission based on meetings orchestrated, interviews conducted, and successful placements stemming from your outreach Qualities for Success
