Senior Construction Estimator
Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a to work with our Atlanta team providing estimating, change management and conformance check services on major construction projects for a well-known client. On-site presence is required. Responsibilities include providing estimate and cost planning, performing accurate quantity surveys, assisting with the preparation of detailed cost estimates, and managing cost checks and valuations on larger projects. The role also involves performing work in a safe manner and adhering to SOX control responsibilities where applicable. Qualifications
Educational and professional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction from a four-year college or university, three (3) years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience, and demonstrated experience working as a lead estimator on large scale and complex construction projects. US construction experience is required, along with exemplary communication skills and competency using various software tools. Additional Information
