Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Job Description: The Director of Administration will serve as a key operational leader, responsible for overseeing administrative functions while also contributing to workplace operations, facilities, and real estate initiatives. This role is heavily focused on leading and developing administrative teams, ensuring best-in-class support for senior leadership and client-facing professionals. This individual will play a critical role in driving consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to align administrative, workplace, and real estate strategies with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the administrative function, including oversight of Executive Assistants and administrative staff Manage a layered team structure, including direct and indirect reports across multiple locations Establish and implement best practices, processes, and performance standards across administrative operations Partner with leadership to support a high-performing, client-service-oriented environment Oversee workplace operations, including facilities management and office experience initiatives Support real estate strategy, including office planning, relocations, lease coordination, and vendor partnerships Drive operational improvements, scalability, and consistency across locations Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and operational planning related to workplace and real estate functions Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in administrative leadership, workplace operations, real estate, or a related function Proven experience managing administrative teams Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization Experience in professional services required Exposure to facilities, workplace operations, and real estate strategy preferred Highly organized, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Additional Details: The role blends administrative leadership with broader exposure to workplace operations, facilities, and real estate Perks: Opportunity to shape and build a function within a growing organization Collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
