$90,000-$100,000 JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Corporate Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on attracting and hiring high-level, corporate, and leadership talent. This role partners closely with executive leadership to understand organizational needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates across key business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and experience recruiting for senior-level roles. This position also plays a key role in enhancing recruitment processes, strengthening talent pipelines, and ensuring high-quality candidate experience. Note: This is a fully on-site position (MondayFriday) based in Melville, NY. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Long Island. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with executives and senior leadership to identify and fulfill hiring needs for corporate and leadership roles Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and hard-to-fill positions across departments Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and market mapping Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive-level talent Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and coordinate structured interview processes Advise leadership on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies Manage relationships with external search firms and recruiting partners as needed Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and report on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
Qualifications/Education:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on corporate or executive-level roles Proven ability to source and place senior-level talent across multiple functions Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and talent intelligence Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality SHRM-CP, SPHR, or similar certifications preferred
