Lead Generation/Media Coordinator
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation/Media Coordinator in Thomasville, GA. In this role, you would support national and local advertising efforts, primarily focused on generating insurance leads. This role involves media coordination, data entry, lead tracking, and campaign performance monitoring across multiple channels including TV, Direct Mail, and Digital. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in spreadsheets, and eager to learn the mechanics of performance-based advertising in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective leads to the sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
TV Campaign Management: Assist in placing advertisements on national and local TV stations. Work with media vendors and station reps to confirm traffic, negotiate rates, and request pre-logs and post-logs. Maintain buy sheets and ensure accurate entry of placement details into Excel tracking systems. Manually match leads to stations using ZIP codes, phone numbers, area codes, and geographic mapping tools. Reconcile incoming lead data with expected station performance, flagging discrepancies and performance issues. Lead Tracking & Data Management: Pull and merge lead data from call center platforms into structured tracking sheets. Format, clean, and de-duplicate large data sets using Excel and conditional logic to ensure accurate reporting. Track Source Names and ensure TV leads are properly categorized for performance review. Apply rules for removing duplicates, validating policyholder status, and segmenting local vs. national campaigns. Direct Mail Campaign Management Coordinate with agents to place direct mail campaigns across the United States Work with data vendors to procure appropriate records based on campaign criteria and agent needs Calculate cost-per-lead by state, county, or city and use this data to price drops appropriately Partner with printing companies to ensure mail drops are printed and delivered on time, and proof materials prior to mailing Open, sort, and upload returned mail into our system, including making manual corrections as needed Maintain accurate records of do-not-mail clients and scrub potential risks from mailing lists using Excel Performance Reporting & Optimization: Maintain and update tracking workbooks with lead totals, source breakdowns, station-level data, and overall campaign performance. Monitor lead volume and cost-per-lead (CPL) trends daily, weekly, and monthly across all active campaigns. Build and manage pivot tables and summary reports to analyze lead performance, media spend and return rates. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to support leadership and inform media buying decisions. Identify underperforming campaigns and assist in making data-driven recommendations for optimizations in creative, placement, or timing. Coordinate with internal teams and media partners to confirm campaign compliance, traffic accuracy, and delivery of broadcast logs. Ensure campaign performance remains aligned with preset CPL goals and budget expectations. Support Across Channels: Assist with Facebook and website advertising campaigns as needed. Enter advertisement and spend details into tracking systems for each campaign type. Analyze invoices and enter approved totals before submitting them to the fiscal department for processing. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Required: Strong Excel skills (sorting, conditional formatting, formulas, pivot tables). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently, follow complex step-by-step processes, and meet deadlines. Comfortable reviewing, comparing, and analyzing numeric data. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Background in marketing, media buying, data analysis, or insurance lead generation. Familiarity with TV campaign tracking, lead validation, or advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TV logs). Experience working with CRMs, call centers, or ad tracking systems. 8:00am-5:00pm | M-F | $18-$20/hr.
