Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. Provide in-house therapy with local management support. Qualifications
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. Certificate / License:
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Experience:
Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. Additional Information
