to plug into our paid media team and help scale Cove to the next level. This is not an “optimize what’s there” role. This is a

role. You’ll manage and scale a portion of $3M+/month in paid media across: Meta (core focus) TikTok With expansion into additional channels over time You should already have experience operating inside a brand doing

$40M+ annually

and managing serious budgets. What You’ll Own • Support our Head Media Buyer in managing $3M+ per month across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin • Build and execute structured testing frameworks weekly • Drive incremental growth — not just retargeting efficiency • Identify winning creative patterns and collaborate with our content team to scale them • Report performance daily & weekly to the Growth Director • Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts and ad tech changes You are accountable for profitable scale. $1M+/month in spend • Experienced at a $40M+ brand (or equivalent scale) • Deeply fluent in Meta Ads Manager • Strong on TikTok Ads • Obsessed with understanding backend economics (gross margin, contribution margin, blended CAC, MER, NCROAS, etc.) • Calm under pressure • Extremely responsive and decisive • Able to move without hand-holding Please Don’t Apply If • You’ve only managed small budgets ( • You rely on templated agency frameworks • You can’t explain incrementality clearly • You optimize in-platform metrics without understanding business impact • You need micromanagement • You’ve never scaled a campaign from 0 to 7+ figures We’re not hiring “media coordinators.” We’re hiring growth drivers.
