What to Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open‑minded and well‑rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Versailles location, you will be a Continuous Improvement Intern.
You will play a hands‑on role in supporting our facilities journey towards operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will learn and apply real‑world Lean and Six Sigma principles, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside experienced operations and CI professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
Participate in facility walkthroughs, process observations, and data‑gathering efforts.
Support basic application of tools such as 5S, standard work, value‑stream mapping, and root‑cause analysis.
Help prepare documentation, visual aids, and training materials related to CI initiatives.
Collect and analyze operational data to support project recommendations.
Work with cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

$20.37 per hour
