Partner with senior leadership to ensure compliance with U.S. and international information-reporting tax requirements. Apply deep technical expertise across Internal Revenue Code Chapters 3, 4, 61, 871(m), and 1446(f), including a strong understanding of withholding, depositing, reporting processes, and the operational tools that support them. Demonstrate familiarity with non-U.S. withholding and reporting considerations, including tax reclaim processes. Represent Corporate Tax in federal, state, and international tax controversies related to information reporting and withholding; collaborate with legal teams and external advisors to analyze issues, gather facts, and develop compliance strategies. Conduct complex tax research and analysis to advise senior management, develop policy recommendations, and support the implementation of tax regulations across the organization. Responsibilities include facilitating trainings, overseeing vendor reviews, and assessing business requirements and procedures. Partner with management to identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy of performance metrics and using insights to drive improvements. Leverage established relationships to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Work closely with business units and reporting vendors to ensure accurate tax information reporting. Serve as a subject-matter resource for less experienced Corporate Tax team members and provide oversight as needed. A successful Director, Corporate Tax should have: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of progressive experience in a relevant role. Extensive knowledge of Internal Revenue Code Chapters 3, 4, 61, 871(m), and 1446(f). Strong understanding of IRS tax documentation requirements, including Forms W-8 and W-9. Expertise in information-reporting rules and regulations for Forms 1099, 1042-S, and FATCA compliance. What's on Offer
