What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant and yard operations with general labor tasks Assist with equipment, materials handling, and housekeeping activities Perform basic maintenance and clean-up to maintain a safe, efficient site Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and safety goals Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow instructions Strong work ethic with reliability and a positive, team-oriented approach Ability to perform physical tasks in an industrial environment Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to changing priorities Effective communication skills and attention to detail Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
