Handy Person (Seasonal) - Vacation Rentals
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to assist with the upkeep of our vacation rental properties. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position involves general maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring a high standard of service for our guests. Job Type: Seasonal (May September) Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required, days off during the week) Key Responsibilities: Perform basic diagnostics (e.g., refrigerators, A/C units, garbage disposals). Travel between the main office and various rental properties throughout the day. Handle routine maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, collecting trash and delivering to the city dump. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests and property owners. Qualifications & Requirements: Valid Driver's License (required). Basic repair and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. Open-bed pickup truck or van for transporting various items such as garbage to the city dump, gas grills, window air condition units plus various supplies and tools.
