This is not your typical front desk job. As a Membership Advisor, you'll be on the gym floor, connecting with members, giving tours, and helping people take action on their fitness goals. Greet every member and guest with energy and professionalism Lead gym tours and convert prospects into members Drive membership sales and hit weekly goals Book members into SPARK Sessions with our training team Handle member questions and create a strong first impression Support a clean, organized, high-level facility Execute opening and closing procedures What We're Looking For
Outgoing, confident personality Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Strong communication and people skills Interest in fitness, training, or sales Someone who wants to grow, not just punch a clock Compensation & Perks
