Experience: 8-10 Year Job Description: Strong hands on experience with Palantir Foundry as an end to end data platform. Understanding of Foundry concepts such as datasets, projects, pipelines, lineage, and sandboxing. Ability to design Ontology objects, properties, and relationships representing real world business entities. Experience modeling complex relationships (e.g., Client Broker Underwriter RFP, Asset Process Risk). Enable relationship traversal and semantic querying without complex joins. Build scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL within Foundry Code Repositories. Perform data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation. Ensure data quality, versioning, and reproducibility. Develop business facing applications using Foundry Workshop. Create interactive dashboards, filters, KPI tiles, and operational workflows. Enable non technical users to explore data and make decisions independently. Integrate data from multiple enterprise sources (databases, APIs, files, cloud platforms). Handle schema evolution, data refresh strategies, and dependency management. Implement role based access control, data markings, and auditability within Foundry. Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise data governance standards. Design solutions suitable for regulated domains (insurance, healthcare, finance). Translate raw data into decision support capabilities, not just reports. Build simulations, what if analysis, and scenario modeling workflows. Focus on business outcomes such as risk reduction, efficiency, and profitability. Ability to understand and map business processes (e.g., underwriting, RFP lifecycle, compliance, operations) into data and application models. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation. Work in an agile, iterative delivery model. Collaborate closely with business users, architects, data owners, and platform teams. Participate in design workshops, backlog grooming, and solution reviews. Roles & Responsibilities Stand up and operate a Business Production Support squad on Foundry for working on Business use cases Design, implement, and optimize Foundry data pipelines, transformations, and ontologies Collaborate with client stakeholders; translate requirements into technical designs Maintain CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and on call support for production workloads Design, build, and maintain solutions on Palantir Foundry/Gotham Develop data pipelines, transformations, and ontologies Implement workflows, models, and analytics to support decision-making Customize Foundry applications using Python, Java, TypeScript, or SQL Ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data Integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, streaming systems) Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and security Optimize performance of large-scale data pipelines Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements Translate business problems into technical solutions Support deployments in production and mission-critical environments Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Follow best practices for CI/CD, version control, and documentation Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of deployed solutions Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
