Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach; developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential new business opportunities; scheduling and conducting follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals; collaborating with team members to coordinate outreach strategies; tracking activity and reporting progress toward established objectives; and maintaining compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications include strong communication and relationship-building skills, detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers, previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred, and must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
