Creative Asset Manager
fourthFLOOR, Doral, FL, United States
Our client, a well-renowned elevated comfort clothing brand, is looking for a Creative Asset Manager to join their team in Miami, FL!
Company Overview
Our client is one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, dedicated to blending mental wellness, inclusivity, and elevated comfort into every piece we create. Their mission goes beyond clothing — we strive to build a community where everyone feels supported and seen.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Creative Asset Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of visual assets. You’ll ensure every photo, video, and creative file is seamlessly organized, easily accessible, and meticulously labeled, supporting teams across marketing, product, and creative.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all visual assets— from raw files to final edits— within our Google Drive (and eventually DAM system).
Manage incoming asset deliveries from external photographers, retouchers, and production vendors — ensuring files are received, reviewed, and filed accurately and on time
Maintain consistent labeling and version control for all assets.
Act as the go-to person for internal asset requests — delivering assets to marketing, product, or other teams as needed.
Collaborate with the product team on various creative needs — whether flat-lays or other product-related imagery — ensuring prompt organization.
Build and maintain department and product-specific folders tailored to each team’s needs.
Version Control & Quality Assurance: Ensure that only the latest, approved, and on-brand assets are accessible, preventing the use of outdated materials
Lead the transition to a DAM system (when needed) and ensure asset hygiene long-term.
Establish and enforce a consistent asset naming convention across all shoots, campaigns, and product lines
Own and maintain an asset request intake process (via Asana or equivalent) so internal teams can submit, track, and receive asset requests with clear turnaround expectations
Partner with the production and creative teams to track shoot schedules and anticipate asset intake volume ahead of deadlines
Audit the existing Google Drive regularly to identify and archive outdated, duplicate, or off-brand assets
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience in a creative operations, asset management, or production coordination role — preferably at a DTC or e-commerce brand
Impeccable organizational skills, with a passion for file structure.
Familiarity with specific DAM platforms such as Bynder, Brandfolder, or Canto
Experience collaborating cross-functionally — partnering with marketing, creative, and product teams.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Notion for managing asset request workflows
Experience with Google Drive and DAM platforms.
Ability to handle high asset volume across multiple concurrent shoots and campaigns without sacrificing accuracy or organization
