Position Overview:
Gansevoort Companies is seeking
multiple Event Sales & Coordinators
to support its growing portfolio of venues in Atlanta. These roles will focus on
booking, coordinating, and executing private events and corporate functions , while also supporting in-house programming. Each Event Sales & Coordinator will play a key role in
driving event revenue, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences . Candidates will be assigned to specific venues based on experience and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries and
convert leads into booked events. Develop and manage
event proposals, pricing, and packages. Plan, coordinate, and execute private events, corporate functions, and group bookings. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
from initial inquiry through execution. Build and maintain relationships with
corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers. Manage event logistics including timelines, layouts, staffing, and vendor coordination. Collaborate closely with food vendors, bar teams, and operations staff. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown on-site. Ensure a high-quality guest experience during all events. Track event budgets, invoices, and overall performance. Support marketing initiatives including promotions, partnerships, and outreach. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or private dining/event sales. Experience in restaurants, bars, food halls, hotels, or high-volume venues strongly preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a
sales-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Preferred Experience:
Experience booking and coordinating
corporate events, private parties, and group reservations. Strong ability to
drive event sales and manage clients from inquiry to execution. Experience working with
BEOs, proposals, and event pricing/packages. Existing network of local corporate clients, event planners, or social groups is a plus. Background in hospitality sales (restaurants, hotels, venues, or food halls) strongly preferred. Compensation & Growth:
