AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Part-time Marketing Intern to support the divisional or branch marketing team in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for an ambitious, creative individual looking to gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and market research. The intern will work closely with management to help expand the company's brand presence and assist with day-to-day operations. Accountabilities and Job Activities: CRM cleanup / Big Purple Dot updates Recruiting pipeline tracking and follow-up support Basic marketing / social coordination with Allison and Faith Admin support around recruiting calls and scheduling Supporting the team with social media, video coordination, and editing-related follow-up. Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines. Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), HubSpot, or CRM platforms. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
