Our Installation Team Member position is an entry position with great potential for growth. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude! Unloading and staging of all parts/materials required for system installation Preparing space and materials for installation Installing basic wall-mounted home organization systems Installing "Luxe" home organization systems, including custom lighting, trim, and other accessories Completing post-installation paperwork with an eye for detail and accuracy Training: we teach you our process and help you develop the necessary skills Resources: trucks, tools, and uniform provided Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED; Trade or vocational school experience desirable Strong verbal, listening and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in teams Experience with common hand and power tools Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch Understanding of safety protocols and requirements Must have valid Driver's License and be able to work in clients' homes Ability to work (4) 10-hour shifts per week Additional Information
