Sr. Customs Brokerage Entry Writer

Our client, a leading international freight forwarder & customs broker, is seeking a Sr. Customs Brokerage Entry Writer to process data/documents for both ocean & air import shipments. This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and offers a competitive salary, hybrid work schedule, and generous benefits. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience with customs brokerage Experience using CargoWise Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Responsibilities: Process data/documents for import air & ocean shipments. Coordinate with vendors and carriers to provide timely and exemplary service to clients and partners. Handle and maintain the accuracy of all related documents, monitor the status of shipments, and keep clients informed. Proactively handle any challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations, promoting positive results.
