Job Description:
Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Tariff Pricing Analyst to add to their growing team located in Indianapolis, IN. The Tariff Pricing Analyst position centers on analyzing and compiling financial data from 100 transmission owners (TOs) and accurately turning that information into tariff rates. The work is manual and Excel-intensive, requiring precision, advanced technical skills, and a mindset geared toward analysis, accuracy, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: Analyze and compile Excel datasets to calculate and validate tariff rates. Build and maintain advanced Excel models using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial data handling. Support improvements in manual processes and reporting methods.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (finance, economics, business, accounting, or related field). Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in an office/analytical environment. Advanced Excel expertise, including: VLOOKUP and other lookup functions Pivot tables Macros Exceptional attention to detail accuracy with financial data is non-negotiable. Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage large, manual datasets.
