Relationship Management Intern - Business Analyst
Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is a nonprofit organization providing health, retirement, risk, and consulting solutions to Catholic organizations nationwide. With more than 250 employees, CBS delivers mission-driven services through strong financial stewardship and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our Relationship Management division. This internship provides hands-on experience in CRM administration, data analysis, and cross-functional project support within a professional nonprofit environment. This is a structured, paid summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship. Pay Rate: $17.00/hour What You'll Gain

Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field Strong analytical and organizational skills Interest in CRM systems, data management, or business analysis Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn Student applicants must have completed their sophomore year of college prior to the start of the internship (i.e. you must be an incoming college Junior or Senior)
