Traveling Superintendent
Supervise daily construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite teams for seamless project execution. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and challenges. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns. Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Travel across NC, SC, TN, GA, and WV to manage assigned projects. A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent in commercial upfits or multifamily ground-up Strong traveler comfortable with multi-state project assignments Proficient with construction scheduling and field software Clear communicator with owners, subs, and internal teams Reliable, organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
