As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the dealership meets and exceeds revenue targets. You'll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability & market share.
