In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You'll lead the renewal process, working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions on time. You'll also build strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to person for advice and support. Here's what you'll do: Work with clients to understand their needs and provide the right solutions. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth account management. Support Producers and Account Executives to deliver excellent service. Travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships. Responsible for the day-to-day account management for routine/moderately complex client accounts. Manage an assigned book of business and build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients. Lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs. Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels. Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts. May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service. May provide support to an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer. You're a people person who loves solving problems and building relationships. You're organized, proactive, and ready to make a difference! Here's what you'll bring: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in client service or claims management). A life & health license (or willingness to obtain one). Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A knack for using technology to stay productive and deliver quality work. Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
