Job Description

  • On-Site Schedule: This role requires being fully on site at the active project location, beginning with the Dallas assignment.
  • Constant Travel: After completing the Dallas project, the superintendent will transition directly to the next location, with Las Vegas slated as the following stop.
  • Autonomous Role: This position operates independently-the superintendent will be the sole on-site leader and must confidently manage all field operations without oversight.
  • Expected to uphold company's standard of professionalism, communication, and high-quality project execution while traveling continuously.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in the field-proven experience matters more than formal education.
  • 10-15+ years of construction experience, ideally with:
    • High-end interior renovations
    • Multitenant office buildouts
  • Strong corporate client-facing communication and management
  • Must be a true road warrior-5+ years of consistent nationwide travel is strongly preferred.
  • Design-build experience is a major advantage; candidates from GC environments can excel if they are comfortable:
    • Remaining engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction through delivery
    • Must be highly tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging digital tools in the field.
    • Familiar with, or able to quickly learn:
      • Autodesk Construction Cloud (Procore experience transfers well)
      • Smartsheet for streamlined project scheduling and tracking
      • Microsoft Office Suite (non-negotiable requirement)

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $125,000-$175,000-dependent on proven success and experience brought*
  • Per Diem: Approximately $60/day, with flexibility based on project needs
