Location Allen, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $23.08/hr base + uncapped commission • Monday–Friday schedule • Full-time, W2 Role Impact You will manage a high-volume inside sales pipeline, connecting with landlords, presenting lease solutions, and driving deals to close. Success in this role comes from staying organized, following up consistently, and confidently handling objections throughout the sales process. Top performers are proactive, competitive, and motivated to exceed goals while maintaining accurate records and contributing to overall revenue growth. Conduct high-volume outbound calls and manage warm inbound and qualified outbound landlord leads Identify decision-makers and move opportunities efficiently through the sales pipeline Present and explain lease terms clearly, addressing questions and negotiating when needed Prepare, review, and submit lease agreements and supporting documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all activity, conversations, and closed deals Requirements 1–2 years of inside sales or outbound sales experience in a corporate environment (commission-based preferred; retail sales alone will not qualify) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Strong phone presence with clear, confident communication skills Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with VoIP systems and outbound dialers Familiarity with internal sales or lease management tools Preferred Skills Experience in high-volume call center or B2B sales environments Consistent track record of exceeding quotas and earning commission Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates and contracted partners.
