Estimator / Preconstruction Manager

Estimator / Preconstruction Manager - Canton, Ohio - JOB 26-00090 Salary Range: $70K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits Canton area design and manufacturing company who is a leader in the glazing industry, renowned for delivering superior design, engineering support, project management, and expert fabrication and installation services across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Lead preconstruction services including estimating, budgeting, design coordination, and bidding Review project scope, materials, schedules, and responsibilities Develop value engineering solutions and proposal alternatives Prepare and present conceptual estimates Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments Assist with business development efforts Prepare contracts, change orders, and project documentation Deliver excellent customer service and proactive problem-solving Qualifications: 2–3 years of commercial construction experience Experience in estimating or sales preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation College degree preferred; architectural license not required Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
