You will be the on-site lead, ensuring projects are executed from framing to finish with exceptional detail. Lead the Crew: Manage daily operations, schedule tasks, and mentor younger carpenters to meet your standards. Execute the Craft: Handle the high-level finish carpentry yourselfcustom cabinetry installation, complex trim, doors, and detail work. Manage the Project: Read blueprints, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with clients and architects to keep the project moving. What We Need From You: 5+ Years Experience in residential construction (Lead Carpenter or Site Supervisor level). Mastery of Finish Carpentry: You must be an expert in custom cabinetry, trim work, and woodworking. Blueprint Proficiency: You can read plans and catch conflicts before they become expensive mistakes. Leadership: You can run a crew efficiently while maintaining a safe, positive job site. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
