Stretch Zone Sales Manager Compensation and Job Description Job
The Studio Manager is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all areas of the studio. The Studio Manager orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, customer satisfaction and performance relative to your studio’s revenue goals. The Studio Manager executes the implementation strategy and ongoing management of company wide standards for key operational activities, programs and goals throughout the studio. The Studio Manager regularly communicates with the Franchisor. The Studio Manager is directly responsible for the financial growth and operations of the studio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed the studio’s revenue.
Implement and support company sales initiatives to generate new sales
Monitor daily sales activities
Monitor daily KPI’s and Sales Activities working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies as outlined in the Operations Manual.
Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management.
Successfully resolve any and all customer service challenges.
Maximize member retention through developing professional relationships with our members.
Complete all Daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks required.
Must maintain a 50% close rate or better.

Compensation
Starting 1/1/2025, a Studio Manager’s pays consist of hourly as well as commission.
Hourly Pay
Your hourly compensation is $18.00 per hour.
Commission
You will earn 8% commission on all upfront sales made personally, minus 8% for any returns or refunds.
(Average sale price is $230, average sales per month is 60, the commission= $1,400)
Monthly Performance Bonus (Based on achieving Sales Plan)

| Bonus pay out | 1% | 2% | 3%
Pay periods are 1st through the 15th paid on the 25th and 16th through the end of the month paid on the 10th of the following month. Bonuses will be paid on the 10th of each month.
