2020 Companies is seeking a bilingual, enthusiastic, results‑driven Energy Sales Specialist to join our team. This role represents and promotes Reliant Energy services at retail, engaging with customers and driving enrollments.

Job Description Represent Reliant by NRG in a fast‑paced retail and event setting, working toward sales goals with paid training, uncapped commissions, and a clear career growth path.
Responsibilities include promoting electricity plans, helping customers lower energy costs, identifying needs, handling objections, building relationships, and meeting sales goals. The role does not involve door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing.

Average earnings of $1,000–$1,350/week with uncapped commissions
$14.00/hr guaranteed base pay and Next‑day pay via Daily Pay

Key Responsibilities
Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers
Help customers lower energy costs in the community
Identify needs and handle objections
Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
Collaborate to hit sales goals and celebrate wins
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work station/kiosk
Accurately document and report sales and activity to Retail Operations
Qualifications
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, reading, writing, and speaking
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, retail, telecom or marketing
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, setup, and teardown of events
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required
