Marketing & Production Assistant

Overview Surfdog/DKM is a boutique independent entertainment company working across music and comedy, and we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable team member to support artist management, marketing, socials, and overall label operations. This is a hands-on, in-office role within a small team, where responsibilities include: supporting social media across multiple artist accounts assisting with marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content planning supporting the label side of the business with marketing and production for releases providing assistance for live shows, photo/video shoots, and special projects coordinating travel logistics and itineraries maintaining organized records, calendars, and internal documents advancing live shows - coordinating with venues, promoters, and talent assisting with day-to-day artist management needs Qualifications The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to work in-office and travel as needed. Prior experience in entertainment, live events, talent management, or a related field is preferred.
